Unique aspects of the project included a purple wood wall, custom finishes and open ceiling elements in the common areas. The cafe was finished with concrete counter-tops and integrated with A/V for training purposes. Custom built-in seating was included in the conference room to provide more opportunities for collaboration.

As the project completion date was nearing, the project team was challenged by a global pandemic. With the collaborative and communicative nature at Greiner, the project was completed in four months and on schedule.
