Creative Solutions

Unique challenges to this project included the coordinating the ductwork design to stay above the bottom of the joists of the open ceiling. Greiner worked closely with trade partners to design-build the MEP systems to integrate the building’s original windows and achieve maximum ceiling height. The dark wall paint highlights any flaws in the wall, requiring meticulous finishing and attention to detail. Greiner was able to coordinate the painting schedule around other owner vendors to ensure the space was finished efficiently and immaculately, giving Trilix a beautiful new headquarters and a seamless transition from their previous office space.
