The building’s history, as well as its location on a tight site in the heart of downtown Bayfield, made this a high-profile project for the town. Greiner worked with the owner to prioritize community involvement, keeping neighbors apprised of site activities and using local trades when possible. The result was a beautiful new Bayfield landmark with overwhelming community support.
