Creative Solutions

Greiner was hired to provide preconstruction and construction services for the new construction of a LEED-certified, 163-unit affordable housing complex in an evolving industrial area overlooking the Mississippi River. The site’s industrial background required extensive soil remediaton and removal. Other unique challenges of this project were supply chain issues and long lead times. Greiner’s early involvement in the preconstruction phase allowed for proactive planning and early procurement to ensure that the project hs continued to meet all milestones in the schedule.
