This beautiful, collegiate upgrade consisted of interior renovations to an existing executive office suite within Beardshear Hall at Iowa State University. This project was unique due to the fact that the building was originally constructed in 1906, meaning some unforeseen conditions would be revealed during the demolition phase. Because of the open communication between Greiner, the Design Team, and Iowa State University - we were able to work together to find solutions to al the unanticipated surprises and keep the overall design intent intact.
