Unique challenges to this project included the building’s oversized windows and  busy loading dock. Greiner worked closely with trade partners to design-build the MEP systems to integrate the building’s oversized windows and achieve maximum ceiling height. Greiner worked with the building’s management to pre-schedule all deliveries with vendors. This ensured that Hyde Development would have a beautiful office and a experience a seamless transition from their previous office space.
