Expansion and Remodel of a Skilled Nursing Facility

Greiner Construction was hired by CentraCare for the renovation and expansion of their skilled nursing facility. The facility was occupied throughout construction, so the project was phased to ensure that the facility remained fully operational with minimum disruption to patients and staff. Phase I encompassed the expansion, which was completed in just under twelve months. Phase II included renovation to the original facility and was completed over the course of ten months.
