Previously a tire repair shop in St. Paul that sat empty for over 10 years, Greiner converted the building into a 1,500–2,000 sq. ft., a 100-person taproom with a large outdoor patio and a special event space in the former front office room. Greiner also installed all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as a 20 barrel brewhouse equipped with 20–40 bbl fermenters.
