Greiner Construction was hired by Nolan Properties Group to provide preconstruction and construction services for the historic renovation of two buildings in Northeast Minneapolis into a mixed-use, market-rate apartment complex. Greiner worked closely with the State Historic Preservation Office to restore and reimagine this unique property.
